Hello, I'm
MARY

How are you?

I want thank you for stopping by!

You maybe wondering who I am and how I came to be here. Well, I'm a mother of four and a grandmother of nine. My husband did twenty years in the Navy which allowed me to see a little bit of the world. In fact I discovered that I love to travel after all there is so much wonder and much more to see. When I'm not traveling I enjoy quieter times with my family and friends. Just spending time on the home front whether its BBQing, tinkering in the yard or hanging out with friends at a Sit and Knit.

Over the years I have tried my hand at numerous fields. With looking I found that with each I was a helper of one kind or another and I gained skills along the way. As my confidence grew I found that I wanted to find a way to live a life that I was in control of. I like the idea of being responsible for my own life and not at the whim of a corporation. It was scary to take a step of faith because there was comfort in a paycheck every two weeks at least until the rolling layoffs started.

Also, my job didn't allow the time and freedom I was looking for, and I wanted something where I felt I could really make a difference. I have a busy family life and I didn't like the financial ceiling. I searched for quite some time to find an answer to my situation. Actually, my answer actually came as a solution to two problems. The first was a physical with my daughter and the second was the freedom of choice for financial and time.

Let me start by explaining the physical with my daughter. You see my daughter, Amber had terrible eczema as a child. I had tried every detergent on the market and my daughter broke out in hives unless her clothes were rinsed at least twice and towels were rinsed three times. Now the house that we were living in was on a water meter and I had four children at home. You can imagine the amount of laundry I had and the water bill to go with it. I was venting to a friend my frustration with my daughter's misery as well as the costs. She suggested Shaklee Get Clean and it had made a world of difference. I was able to do laundry like a 'normal' person and it saved me a mint. Over time I became a regular customer and over and over again different parts of mine and my families life was improved.

When my husband, Dave was transferred to the East coast I found it was a great opportunity for me to make a change. Now honestly, all during this time I was searching for what I wanted 'to be and do'. I knew the different paths I taken in the pass would not lead me to the freedom I desired and I also realized that there are a lot of others just like me who are also searching for better options for making a living, but they usually end up getting sucked into Internet scams and online rabbit holes.

This is one of the reasons this site was created. I wanted to help others navigate the jungle the Internet has now become and share what I've learned about creating a lifestyle of personal freedom as an entrepreneur.

I'm also looking to connect and work with like-minded people. With the ongoing financial roller coaster, I feel that what I have to share is more important than ever.

If words like "Being Your Own Boss", "Being in Control", "Lifestyle Design" and "Reengineering your life" resonate with you, then you've come to the right place.

Whether your dream is escaping the 9-5 grind, real-life adventure travel, long-term wandering, or simply a dramatic career change, this site will give you insight into the tools needed to make it a reality in the here-and-now instead of in your golden years, when you're too old to enjoy it.

If you'd like some guidance in your desire to find freedom as an entrepreneur, we should connect. You can learn more about working with me here.

I'm also a real and fairly 'normal' person...so feel free to stop by and friend me on Facebook, and you can also connect with me on my Fan page.

Thanks again for visiting my site and I hope I can help you create your ideal lifestyle of personal freedom.

Here's to your freedom!
